BASIC DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
Data controller: Rubén Remedios Ramos
Purpose: To answer the enquiries and orders we receive by WhatsApp, phone, email or the website forms, and to send you information about our products if you ask for it. We only process the data that is strictly necessary, adequate and relevant for each purpose.
Legal basis: Your consent when you write to us; pre-contractual steps at your request when you place an order, which we pass on to the brand that sells it to you; and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention: Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and to determine any liabilities arising from it, plus any legally required retention periods.
Recipients: We do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law or needed to pass an order on to the brand that sells it. Our web hosting and email providers and WhatsApp also process it, some of them outside the European Union (details below).
Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, and to restriction of and objection to processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, where applicable, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
WHAT DATA WE PROCESS AND WHY
- Enquiries and advice. Your name, phone number or email and whatever you tell us in your message, to answer and advise you.
- Orders. Also your delivery address and billing details, to pass your order on to the brand that sells it to you, which invoices and ships it, and to help you with returns and guarantees.
- Product news. Only if you ask for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Website statistics. These are not personal data: see below.
We answer enquiries and close orders on WhatsApp. The buttons on the website open a chat with a pre-written message that you can change or delete before sending it. If you write to us on WhatsApp:
- We process your number, your profile name and the messages, photos or voice notes you send us, for the purposes and on the legal bases above: your consent when you write to us and, if you buy, handling your order.
- WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes that data as controller of its own service under its privacy policy. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but WhatsApp knows, for example, your number and when you write to us.
- International transfer: the Meta group may process data in the United States and other countries. WhatsApp LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Meta also uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Messages you send to info@narutech.es, and those from the website forms, are received in a Gmail account provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process data in the United States: Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
WEBSITE STATISTICS (PLAUSIBLE, NO COOKIES)
To measure visits we use Plausible Analytics, installed on our web service provider’s own server in Madrid (Spain). It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address or any data that identifies you, does not combine data with other websites and does not build profiles. We only get aggregate figures: visits, pages viewed, country, device type, referring website and how many times the WhatsApp buttons are clicked. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking tool. Details in the Cookie policy.
WHERE IS YOUR INFORMATION STORED?
The website is hosted by BanaHosting.com (www.banahosting.com). The server of this website is located in Europe. According to its privacy policy, BanaHosting operates infrastructure in the United States and in Europe and, when data is transferred between them, applies measures to guarantee an adequate level of protection.
DISCLOSURE OF DATA
We will not disclose data to third parties unless required by law or needed to handle your order. The products are sold and invoiced by the brand that makes or distributes them (for example, Pranan Technologies, in Pamplona, Spain). When you place an order, we give the brand your name, delivery address, phone number and billing details. From then on the brand processes them as controller, to sell, invoice and ship the product to you, under its own privacy policy, and passes them on to the courier.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We keep personal data for as short a time as possible: while the relationship lasts and until you ask us to erase it. We keep the history of your enquiries and orders for the periods in which liabilities may be claimed. After that, data is only kept, confidentially and blocked, where the law requires it.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to know whether we process personal data about you, to access it, to have inaccurate data corrected and to have it erased when, among other reasons, it is no longer needed. In certain circumstances you may ask us to restrict processing, or object to it for reasons related to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, write to info@narutech.es with a copy of your identity document. You can withdraw your consent at any time at the same address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
